People

People are quite literally our business. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate that the core purpose of our work is to create higher levels of engagement and satisfaction; either in the workplace among employees or the marketplace among consumers. Our belief is that each and every person has something worthwhile to contribute and that organizations are made better when those contributions are encouraged and celebrated.

Planet

We've begun construction on our new LEED certified office in Grapevine, Texas and look forward to doing business in a place that represents a shift to business practices that lead to cleaner air, land and water. The decision to pursue the LEED certifcation as we grow is part of our commitment to sustainable business development, human satisfaction, and what Bill McKibben has called a deep economy.

Profit

We love our jobs, and in order for them to exist our company has to remain profitable. It's important, vital in fact, but it's not the ultimate measure of our success and it's certainly not the reason we get out of bed in the morning.
