Tom Miller Begins The International HEC Master of Science in Consulting and Coaching for Change Program

Tom Miller, President of The Miller Company, travels to London for the first of six trips to begin his work towards a Consulting and Coaching for Change Masters Degree.

This program equips senior executives to deal with change in organizations and the challenges it poses for individuals. The approach is multi-disciplinary and multi-functional, linking the social sciences and management theory to practical situations and drawing upon relevant concepts from psychology, psychoanalysis, anthropology, ethnography and sociology.

Jointly run with HEC Executive Education at the HEC School of Management, Paris, the Consulting and Coaching for Change program is built around six four-day modules alternating between Oxford and Paris.
