Tom Miller - President and CEO
Tom founded The Miller Company in 1992. Prior to starting his own company, Tom spent six years in the performance improvement and recognition industry. While leading The Miller Company's rapid growth, Tom has maintained a passion for staying on the front edge of industry trends such as internal branding, the creation of recognition systems, the development of peer-to-peer recognition programs and the use of recognition and reward systems to drive employee engagement. Tom is a member of Recognition Professionals International and has served as a board member since 2005. He is the immediate Past President and is a member of the executive committee. Tom is also a member of the Incentive Marketing Association, a trustee of the Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement and is a founding member of the Recognition Council strategic industry group within IMA. He is a frequent speaker and writer on recognition and incentive industry topics. Tom is a graduate of Baylor University, has studied at Oxford University in England and has a Master of Science degree from HEC University in Paris, France.

Brian Dodds – Account Executive
Brian joined The Miller Company in 1998, and has been a major part of The Miller Company’s tremendous growth over the past decade. Brian enjoys spending his work days creating programs that make sense for TMC’s clients. In his life away from work, Brian’s passion is helping the world’s 143 million orphans find homes. Brian and his wife, Christe, help lead an orphan care ministry through their church called HISchild. Brian and Christe believe family is what makes life worth living and currently have three amazing children, Hannah (13 adopted from China), Davis (6) and Naomi (3, adopted from China).

Gene Park – Account Executive
Gene has been with The Miller Company for over five years. Gene specializes in a number of services from creative development and strategic sourcing for promotional marketers to the development and implementation of incentive and recognition applications for clients. To balance his time away from the office, Gene enjoys playing competitive 5.0+ tennis and is always up for a challenge! If he’s not in the office or on the court, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, Jill, and the newest addition to his family, Nathan (2.5 years old).

Kathy Hartzler – Account Executive
Kathy joined The Miller Company in January 2008, having spent the previous seven years working as an independent consultant in the promotional products industry. Kathy is a Certified Advertising Specialist and a member of the Promotional Products Association International, having served on their regional board for four years. Her main focus is to grow business at The Miller Company by servicing her current clients and cultivating new clients. In her free time, she loves to cook for her family and race her two pet whippets. Also, Kathy has served on the Board of the American Association for University Women- NE Tarrant County for six years.

Brian Rhea - Director of Marketing
Brian's primary responsibilities include the development and implementation of marketing strategies to assist the Account Executives in growing sales and thrilling our clients. Outside of the office, you'll find Brian with his wife Laura, and their toddler, Clara Jane. He enjoys cheering on the Texas Rangers, reading, and being really bad at Texas Hold 'Em.

Julie Ayala – Purchasing Manager
Julie joined The Miller Company in March of 2004. Julie’s main responsibility includes purchasing promotional and recognition items as well as managing vendor relationships. In her free time, Julie enjoys volunteering with her church in various ministries. She also likes spending time with her husband, Joe (of six years), and they enjoy training for various triathlon and running events.

Sharon Webb – Program Manager
Sharon joined the Miller Company in March 2005, but she had known Tom Miller in his previous life as a high school football coach! As Program Manager, Sharon is responsible for AE support, data management, inventory control and fulfillment for all in-house recognition and incentive programs. She also acts as Office Manager and Tom's assistant. She has been in the DFW area since 1981; she attended Tarrant County College and University of North Texas.
