Tom Miller - President and CEO
Tom founded The Miller Company in 1992. Prior to starting his own company, Tom spent six years in the performance improvement and recognition industry. While driving The Miller Company's rapid growth, Tom has maintained a passion for staying on the front edge of industry trends such as internal branding, the creation of recognition systems, and the development of peer-to-peer recognition programs. Tom is a member of the Recognition Professionals International (formerly National Association for Employee Recognition) and has served in various leadership capacities. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President of RPI. He is a co-founder of The Recognition Council, a Strategic Industry Group within the Incentive Marketing Association. Tom is a 1983 graduate of Baylor University, a Certified Recognition Professional, and is currently enrolled in a Masters program at Oxford University. He and his wife Catherine live in Colleyville, Texas, with their children Ben and Elizabeth.

Brian Dodds – Account Executive
Brian joined The Miller Company in 1998, and has been a major part of The Miller Company’s tremendous growth over the past decade. Brian enjoys spending his work days creating programs that make sense for TMC’s clients. In his life away from work, Brian’s passion is helping the world’s 143 million orphans find homes. Brian and his wife, Christe, lead an orphan care ministry through their church called HISchild. Brian and Christe believe family is what makes life worth living and currently have two amazing children, Davis (6) and Naomi (3, adopted from China). They are currently waiting to travel to bring home a third child from China, Wang Hong Hui (12).

Gene Park – Account Executive
Gene has been with The Miller Company for over five years. Gene specializes in a number of services from creative development and strategic sourcing for promotional marketers to the development and implementation of incentive and recognition applications for clients. To balance his time away from the office, Gene enjoys playing competitive 5.0+ tennis and is always up for a challenge! If he’s not in the office or on the court, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, Jill, and the newest addition to his family, Nathan (1 year old).

Jason Smith – Account Executive
Jason joined The Miller Company in August 2006, and his main responsibility includes developing and operating Recognition and Rewards Systems to improve employee engagement and brand communication. Before joining The Miller Company, he worked in Sales at Aramark Uniform Services for one year. In his free time, you can find Jason with his wife, Jamie either at their church or in the community. He helps run an outreach ministry basketball team that plays against collegiate teams, works as a church camp counselor, plays basketball in a juvenile prison outreach ministry and mentors local kids.

Julie Ayala – Purchasing Manager
Julie joined The Miller Company in March of 2004. Julie’s main responsibility includes purchasing promotional and recognition items as well as managing vendor relationships. In her free time, Julie enjoys volunteering with her church in various ministries. She also likes spending time with her husband, Joe (of six years), and they enjoy training for various triathlon and running events.

Kathy Hartzler – Account Executive
Kathy joined The Miller Company in January 2008, having spent the previous seven years working as an independent consultant in the promotional products industry. Kathy is a Certified Advertising Specialist and a member of the Promotional Products Association International, having served on their regional board for four years. Her main focus is to grow business at The Miller Company by servicing her current clients and cultivating new clients. In her free time, she loves to cook for her family and race her two pet whippets. Also, Kathy has served on the Board of the American Association for University Women- NE Tarrant County for six years.

Kelly Imig – Director of Marketing
Kelly joined The Miller Company in January 2007, having spent the previous four years in TCU’s Athletics Marketing Department. Kelly’s main responsibility includes developing and implementing marketing campaigns for Account Executives to utilize for sales growth. In her free time, Kelly volunteers with HOPE Farm, Inc., and Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas. She and her little sister, Cedrica, have been matched for eight years, and she was named the 2001 Big Sister of the Year in Fort Worth and the Big Sister of the Year in Texas in 2005. In addition, she has served on the Jr. Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2002. Kelly also enjoys her involvement with Fellowship Church in Grapevine, Texas.

Mike joined The Miller Company in November of 2007. His previous career experience includes seven years with the JCPenney Co. and seven years with Organon Pharmaceuticals. His main responsibility includes developing new Fortune 1000 business by offering Recognition and Rewards systems and promotional products. Outside of The Miller Company, Mike also sits on the Board of Directors for the Sports Ministry of North Texas. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering with Upward Basketball ministries and playing golf.
